Looking for solutions to distracted driving? Vermont may have an answer.

In a recent Forbes article it was reported that distracted driving rates in the US rose in every state except Vermont, which saw its rate fall to 6.54% from 7.42% in 2016. State police there made enforcing the ban on the handheld use of phones while driving law a priority last spring.

Studies have shown that while there is no one solution to prevent distracted driving, better enforcement and monitoring has been the one consistent way to reduce road fatalities.
