Advancing Road Safety with the Multi-function Enforcement Solution

At the Australian Road Safety Conference 2024, Acusensus Founder and Managing Director Alexander Jannink spoke of the importance of integrated solutions, especially developing technology that efficiently addresses multiple dangerous driving behaviours. The aim of this technology is to reduce road trauma and to provide governments with a versatile asset that maximises impact.

The Multi-function Enforcement solution simultaneously enforces mobile phone use, seatbelt compliance, average speed and unregistered vehicle detection. Additionally, it can be deployed at signalised intersections and railway crossings. Acusensus is also working to expand Multi-function’s capabilities to include drug and alcohol impairment detection, aiming to address all of the Fatal Five from a single system.
