Acusensus honoured to receive Prince Michael International Road Safety Award
Acusensus‘ Managing Director, Alexander Jannink and UK General Manager, Geoff Collins, were honoured to receive the Prince Michael International Road Safety Award in London on behalf of Acusensus from His Royal Highness Prince Michael of Kent.
The prestigious awards, which have run for more than 30 years, are designed to give public recognition to those who have improved road safety, recognise outstanding achievement and innovation world-wide. The judges say that changing the behaviour of road users through education and enforcement are essential for improved safety.
Acusensus was bestowed the award for its ‘Heads-Up’ solution, which the judges said they were “especially impressed by the effectiveness of the technology and that it is now fully operational across several states in Australia”. The judges also noted the international pilots running in another four continents, including the United Kingdom.
Acusensus is honoured to be recognised on a global scale and this achievement is a testament to our team and partners working towards our mission to address road safety challenges.
