Acusensus receives Recognition Award at the 12th Annual Australian Road Safety Awards

Acusensus is honoured to receive a Recognition Award at the 12th Annual Australian Road Safety Awards, held at Parliament House in Canberra on Wednesday, 14th June 2023. The Recognition Award is presented to Acusensus for the New South Wales Mobile Detection Camera and Queensland Mobile Phone & Seatbelt projects.

Senator the Hon. Carol Brown for Infrastructure & Transport, a special guest at the event, was in attendance to witness Acusensus’ acceptance of the award.

The Australian Road Safety Awards, presented by Suncorp Group, is an initiative of the Australian Road Safety Foundation to acknowledge the achievements of leading road safety stakeholders and recognise their commitment to improving road safety outcomes.

According to the Australian Road Safety Foundation CEO and Founder Russell White, “The Award submissions received continue to be of a very high calibre year after year. The important work being done by these organisations is inspirational. Together with our major partner Suncorp, we extend our congratulations to the winners, the programs recognised and all organisations who have made submissions for the awards for their efforts to reduce road trauma and fatalities across Australia.”

The awards acknowledge programs across eight categories for outstanding contributions in Community, School, Local, State, Rural & Remote, Innovation and Technology and Corporate Fleet initiatives.
