Enhancing Road Worker Safety Through Innovation and Collaboration

On 14 May, we were honoured to host over 60 Traffic Management Association of Australia (TMAA) members in Melbourne, Australia, for insightful and collaborative presentations on road safety opportunities.

In recognition of Australia’s National Road SafetyWeek, we explored innovative ways to make progress toward our shared mission to hashtag#RoadToZero road fatalities. Speakers included: Cory Keighery and Lucia Brisolla from the Department of Transport and Planning, Anthony Simmons from Traffio and Shaun M. from our Acusensus Road Worker Safety team. Our discussions highlighted the importance of leaning into partnerships and technology to achieve our collective goal: safe road workers.

We are grateful to work alongside organisations like TMAA, and construction companies like Fulton Hogan and Retro Traffic, to design solutions to protect the teams who build and maintain our roads.
