Queensland Road Safety Week 2023

This week, 21-27 August 2023, is Queensland Road Safety Week and this year’s theme is ‘road safety starts with me’, reminding us that everyone has a role in keeping Queensland roads safe.

Acusensus is proud of our role in keeping Queensland roads safe and to be working with Transport Main Roads on an Australia-first initiative to bring down speeds in rural and remote areas using trailer-based automation.

Queensland is leading the way in road safety space with programs operating to address dangerous driving behaviours such as speed, distracted driving and seatbelt non-compliance.

Road safety starts with all of us and during Queensland Road Safety Week 2023, StreetSmarts have asked Queenslanders to make a positive difference on Queensland roads.
