North Carolina State Highway Patrol engaged Acusensus in a state-wide Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) enforcement program, detecting seat belt and distracted driving violations in commercial vehicles.

The Arkansas Speed program utilizes Real Time Harmony trailers to detect speeding vehicles in work zones.
In 2026, this program has expanded to include mobile phone and seatbelt enforcement.
GA
Acusensus’ Georgia program detects distracted driving and seat belt violations in commercial vehicles.
KY
Kentucky has deployed Acusensus automated speed enforcement technology in active highway work zones to deter speeding and reduce the risk of preventable crashes and fatalities.

Connecticut has entered into a major five-year agreement with Acusensus to deliver a state-wide automated speed enforcement program focused on improving safety and reducing driver speeds within construction and maintenance work zones.

The South Lake Minnetonka Police Department in Minnesota uses Acusensus Heads-Up Real Time to identify illegal mobile phone use and seatbelt violations in passenger vehicles, making it one of the first states to use AI for high-volume distracted driving enforcement.
